If you’ve ever spent time around cows, you know one thing: they’re basically giant, grass-eating puppies.
Still not convinced? Just watch this fluffy farm favorite in action.
In a now-viral clip, the playful cow is seen rolling around in a muddy patch like it’s the best day of its life. It’s a full-on mud bath moment — complete with happy wiggles and dirt-covered bliss. If you swapped out the cow for a golden retriever, you wouldn’t even question it.
After getting good and muddy, the cow pops up and bolts across the pasture with pure zoomie energy. Yes, cows get zoomies too.
It’s hard not to smile watching the fluffy “grass puppy” nuzzle its face into the mud, scratching and rolling like it’s at a luxury spa — if that spa happened to be a dirt pile.
At one point, the cow even lets out an enthusiastic “moooo” that sounds suspiciously like a dog howling during playtime.

But don’t let the cuddly vibes fool you.
In another clip making the rounds, the same cow shows off some serious moves — launching into the air and delivering what can only be described as a karate-style kick to a hanging bucket in its enclosure. The leap is dramatic. The kick is impressive. The energy? Full martial arts mode.
Naturally, the internet had thoughts.
“Everybody was cow-fu fighting,” one commenter joked.
Another wrote, “Getting ready to start the day with a little kick!”
And one person quipped that they were fully expecting the cow to “sweep the leg” like something out of an old-school action movie.
Whether it’s rolling in the mud or practicing backyard “cow-ate,” this fluffy farm star proves one thing: cows might just be the most underrated goofballs on four legs.
