Move over coupon clippers. There’s a new regular at CVS, and he might just be the most beloved customer in the building.
Meet Ritchie, a massive Great Pyrenees with a soft heart and a serious love for pharmacy runs. The gentle giant has gone viral after turning a simple walk with his mom into a daily shopping tradition.
It all started innocently enough. While out on a walk, Ritchie suddenly stopped in front of the CVS doors and plopped down like he had unfinished business inside. Whatever magic lives in that automatic sliding entrance clearly spoke to his soul.
The staff noticed him right away.
“The cashier saw him from the security camera and brought him a pack of treats,” his mom shared in the video’s caption.
That was all it took.
Now Ritchie makes regular visits, strolling into the store like he owns stock in the place. According to his human, he heads inside daily, greeting employees and patiently waiting his turn like the polite gentleman he is.
And yes — he waits in line.

The internet can’t handle it.
“HE WAITS IF THERE’S A LINE ARE YOU KIDDING. What a good boy,” one commenter wrote.
Another suggested CVS should sign him up for a commercial immediately. “Such a good boy I would love to have him as a customer,” someone else chimed in.
One viewer may have summed it up best: “Because CVS stands for Canine Visitors Store.”
With his fluffy white coat, calm demeanor and clear love of treats, Ritchie has officially secured his status as the pharmacy’s favorite shopper. Honestly, if every store had a Great Pyrenees greeter like this, errands would be a lot more exciting.
