A Kentucky farmer is going viral after his own pup pulled off the ultimate revenge move — locking him out of his truck in freezing weather and looking way too proud about it.
Kory Kidwell, 29, says his border collie mix, Bruce, is usually his right-hand helper on the farm. She loves tagging along to the barn, especially when it’s time to check on the cows.
But on this particular day, it was just too cold.
So Kidwell made the mistake of leaving Bruce behind in the truck while he went to handle chores alone — a decision he quickly regretted.
“She was mad at me,” he admitted, explaining that Bruce lives for those trips to the barn and didn’t take the snub lightly.
While Kidwell was busy inside, Bruce got to work.
Somehow, the clever pup managed to hit the lock button from inside the vehicle — sealing her owner out in the cold with no way back in.
When Kidwell returned and realized what happened, he pulled out his phone and captured the moment.
Inside the truck, Bruce sat comfortably in the passenger seat, staring at him through the window… completely unbothered.

No guilt. No panic. Just vibes.
In fact, she even wagged her tail and looked away like she knew exactly what she’d done.
Kidwell later shared the clip on TikTok, where it quickly took off, racking up over 129,000 views and nearly 20,000 likes as viewers fell in love with Bruce’s savage little stunt.
And yes — he was stuck out there for a while.
“I was locked out of my truck for about 10 minutes until my wife came and brought me my spare key,” he said.
As for Bruce? No punishment.
Kidwell says he “resolved” the situation by giving her a dog biscuit… which honestly feels like she won.
TikTok users couldn’t get enough of the moment, flooding the comments with jokes and theories about Bruce’s not-so-accidental move.
“She tired of you leaving her in the truck and now she has the power!” one person wrote.
Another joked, “She remembers that pup cup she never got last week.”
And one viewer summed it up perfectly: “By that tail wag… this was not an accident.”
Safe to say, Bruce made her point loud and clear.
