Real life is definitely not like a Disney movie.
Movies and television have such an impact on people that it makes everything seem gentle. However, the reality is that a lot of dangerous people, things, and animals have been personified through the TV shows and movies.
As a result, people are advised to not try the things they see on the TV screens at home.
Despite how they are portrayed, deer are not kind, nor gentle animals. When they are roaming outside, they are feeding.
Deer are not to be disturbed when they are feeding, as their instinct will always be to protect themselves from what they believe is dangerous. Also, the males have sharp horns that can end the life of any animal they perceive to be a predator.
Anyone who has been around a deer knows how impulsive and jumpy they can be. Almost anything is perceived by them as a threat. However, they usually are more prone to run away than to actually attack.
People tend to forget that, in fact, deer are wild animals. Only a handful of people have ever domesticated them.
In the video, some adults thought it was a good idea to let their small child pet a deer. As soon as the toddler reached their hand out to touch the deer, the deer ended up pouncing.
