Sometimes life can feel like a Disney movie. Magical things will happen, like an orphaned baby raccoon wandering onto a farm and becoming fast friends with a miniature farm donkey.
Yes, that really did happen. And it is every bit as sweet as it sounds. And best of all, this rascally little raccoon isn’t done befriending the animals on this farm.
Now, this orphaned baby raccoon is working their precious little magic on one of the farm’s dogs, a majestic and mighty German Shepherd.

As you can see, this precious little baby raccoon just loves playing, climbing all over, and cuddling with this great big German Shepherd. Does this dog view this tiny raccoon as a puppy?
Possibly. Or maybe he does recognize this baby raccoon as a raccoon, but is just so taken in by this little creature’s playful nature that all he wants to do is play with and love them.
Yep, this playful little raccoon has pretty much stolen this dog’s heart. They are climbing all over him and getting some of the most loving licks and kisses, along with plenty of sweet snuggles and cuddles to boot!
As this other clip shows, this German Shepherd’s siblings have also accepted this little baby raccoon as one of their own. This little creature joins them for a hike, sniffing around a pond and even enjoying some fish with their canine siblings.
Of course, this raccoon is still a baby and has tiny legs, so they cannot keep up with their German Shepherd siblings while hiking up a hill. But their kindhearted human mama makes sure that these hounds wait for their tiny newfound sibling.
Once this little raccoon catches up with the rest of them, they get to enjoy some tasty fish with their canine siblings. It’s so adorable to see how these German shepherds are accepting this baby raccoon like they are just another member of the pack!
