If you haven’t heard, the internet is totally smitten with the Oregon Zoo’s newest baby Elephant named Tula-Tu. Mama Rose-Tu welcomed this little one earlier this year. Since then, she’s been flooding our feeds with the cutest moments like when this little calf decided to throw her own floral parade. And she’s kept us saying, “Aww!”
More recently, Tula has us appreciating quiet moments with mom. In this video, you see this mother-daughter duo spend a perfect day together. Seriously, it’s like a montage from a movie! Go ahead and watch. We promise you’ll be calling up your mom for some one-on-one time.

Nothing compares to quality time with mom! And these two spared no expense when it came to connecting with one another. First, they started with a little walk. Next, they stopped and had a meal provided by their favorite humans.
There was some time to chat, and then they had a little pamper session where their human caretakers provided plenty of rubs and scratches. Just look at that leg jump! Finally, they rounded out the day with a nice little nap for Tula-Tu.
