We have a brand new dream job — professional baby elephant caretaker. It exists! Okay, so maybe you can’t exactly go onto LinkedIn and find a million baby elephant caretaker positions. But one man over at Elephant Havens is truly having the best time at work. That’s because he gets to give baby joy some of the sweetest bear hugs. And yeah, we’ll definitely admit that we’re jealous.
AK is a lucky man. He gets to work with rescued elephants all day long, including precious Joy here. She really soaks up all of his love and attention.

Can you imagine what it must be like for AK to wake up in the morning? He gets to spend a whole new day with Joy. We’d be beaming on the way to work — beaming!
The clip from the elephant rescue organization shows AK giving Joy a huge “bear hug.”
“Joy is one of the babies. She loves to play on top of me. Each and every time this is what she loves doing,” AK explained in the clip. “This keeps her busy and forgetting about her sorrows,” he added.
Yes, sadly Joy has known hard times before coming to Elephant Havens. But that is all going to change.
“She’s all wiggles and love, just like always. AK says Joy’s favorite thing (besides milk!) is playing—and yep, this video proves it,” the video’s caption reads.
Commenters couldn’t get over how cute baby Joy is.
“They never told us about this job during career day,” joked one person in the comments section.
“Baby elephants always remind me that life is actually worth living,” chimed in someone else.
“Oh gosh. I’ve never been more jealous of someone in my life. I want to snuggle with baby elephants! What a sweet baby!” exclaimed another person.
While another commenter made a very good point: “All babies are the same. They want love, food, and want to play. Your organization is a blessing,” they explained.
