A viral TikTok video showing what happens when a Dalmatian and a Doberman mix has left the internet absolutely smitten—and a little divided.

TikTok user @yes_510 joined a popular trend where people show off their parents and the “results,” but put a clever twist on it by featuring their dogs instead. The June 10 video kicks off with clips of the doggy duo: a sleek male Doberman and a spotted female Dalmatian who, despite being four years apart in age, are inseparable best friends.

The two pups are often seen cuddling—with the Dalmatian usually sprawled on top of her tall, dark companion—and eventually, nature took its course. The result? A ridiculously cute and one-of-a-kind puppy, affectionately referred to by viewers as a “Dalmatian Pinscher.”

In the final clip of the video, their puppy proudly struts toward the camera with brown fur almost completely covering its body—a clear nod to the Doberman genes. But those distinctive white-patched paws? 100% mom. One viewer dubbed them “cookies and cream socks,” while another joked, “Shoe game goes crazy.”

The video has racked up nearly 700,000 views and thousands of comments, with fans calling it the “collab we didn’t know we needed.” But the response hasn’t been all squeals and heart-eyes.

Some users raised valid concerns about the health and ethics of breeding mixed dogs, especially ones like the Dalmatian Pinscher, which can be prone to conditions like heart issues, dental disease, and genetic disorders.

“Health testing, stable temperaments, avoiding genetic issues—none of it matters when people just want a cute mix,” one commenter wrote. “The ignorance is honestly exhausting.”

In response to the backlash, the owner clarified that the litter was a one-time accident and that the Dalmatian is scheduled to be spayed. The family is currently working on rehoming the puppies responsibly and plans to keep the runt of the litter as their own.

Still, many viewers are too distracted by the cuteness to care. “Justice for mom,” one commenter joked. “Why she only got 10% of the deal?”

Whether you’re Team Ethical Breeding or Team Adorable Accident, one thing’s for sure—this pup has definitely stolen the show.
