Anyone who has ever walked a dog knows there can sometimes be a little confusion over who is actually in charge.
Is the human walking the dog? Or is the dog walking the human?
But one Golden Retriever mama found herself in an even funnier situation when her own puppies decided they were going to be the ones taking her for a stroll.
Yes, the puppies were walking their mom.
The adorable moment was shared by Golden Dog Farm in Vermont, and it is every bit as sweet as it sounds. In the clip, a Golden Retriever mom calmly walks ahead while three of her puppies trail behind her, each holding onto her leash.

It looked like the tiny trio had formed their own puppy parade.
One, two, three puppies proudly carried the leash as they followed their mama, clearly convinced they were helping with the walk. Luckily, their mom did not seem bothered one bit. She kept moving at a gentle pace, making sure no baby was left behind.
That is one patient mama.
Even though the puppies technically had hold of the leash, it was pretty obvious Mom was still the one running the show. She walked confidently, calmly, and with all the grace of a Golden Retriever who has seen every kind of puppy nonsense before.

Honestly, they did look like a hardworking little team.
