Naming a litter of newborn puppies or kittens can be a challenge, especially when the babies look nearly identical during their first few weeks.
That’s why many people turn to fun themes to help tell them apart.
One woman recently revealed the adorable theme chosen for her cat Stormy’s three tiny boys — and viewers immediately fell in love.
TikTok user @wildmane_mainecoons introduced followers to Stormy, a beautiful golden-eyed Maine Coon, before showing off her three-week-old kittens.
Because all three kittens are boys, their caretaker decided to ask followers for help choosing a matching set of names.
She shared an Instagram poll, and one theme quickly came out on top: Alvin and the Chipmunks.
That meant the tiny trio officially became Alvin, Simon and Theodore.
In the video, the breeder gently holds all three fuzzy gray kittens before introducing them one by one and explaining their different coat colors.

First up was Alvin, a tiny blue smoke Maine Coon.
The little kitten let out an adorable meow as the camera showed off his fuzzy face and miniature pink paw pads.
Next came Simon, who has a lighter gray appearance along with darker legs and a dark tail.
His coat coloring is described as black high smoke.
Finally, viewers were introduced to Theodore.
The third kitten is a black smoke Maine Coon with darker markings on his feet, a deeper gray face and striking light-colored eyes.
Even though the three brothers are still incredibly small, each already has his own look and personality.
And with names inspired by one of the most famous sets of fictional brothers around, Alvin, Simon and Theodore may have found the perfect theme for their adorable little litter.
