A sextet of lion cubs were overjoyed when mama returned to feed them. Their adorable reunion was captured on video when the six lion cubs dogpiled on mama when she called out for them to reveal themselves
The six lion cubs had been left to fend for themselves in the Mala Mala Game Reserve and according to the video which was shared by LatestSightings, the cubs were ‘lost’ though that might be a bit of an exaggeration because the lioness clearly knew the vicinity of her six cubs and the lion cubs were able to quickly respond to mama’s call for them.
According to the video’s description, the lioness kept letting out low frequency calls for the lion cubs. It was at this point the guide in Mala Mala Game Reserve recognized what was happening and knew if they followed the lioness they’d see some adorable cubs.
The guide didn’t know how many cubs there would be and as the calls continued they worried the brush would get too thick and they wouldn’t be able to follow. Alas, the six lion cubs emerged and mama found them in this cute video where they tackle their mother and feed.
