No matter how cute a dog may be, they also have the potential to be extremely naughty. Don’t let their adorable faces and sweet tail wags fool you! Even the shiest rescue dog can blossom into a troublemaker, because–let’s be honest–every dog has a rebellious, sassy side.
In a way, it’s a good thing when a dog acts out, because they tend to be naughty when and where they feel safe. Taking something they shouldn’t and asking to be chased are both ways dogs express feelings (even playfulness) through actions, so it’s important not to overreact in these situations.
Try taking a few notes from Comet the Golden Retriever and her loving mom, who both had sweet reactions after the pup stole an entire bunch of bananas. Comet’s guilty fact is positively priceless, but fans online can’t get enough of the dog owner’s loving response to the November 16 banana brouhaha.

OMG–the attitude of this girl is everything! It takes some audacity to steal a bunch of bananas from the kitchen counter in the first place, but the way she looked at her mom had people laughing out loud. Those big ol’ eyes are working their magic, that’s for sure! Instead of getting in trouble for stealing the bananas, the dog mom offers to peel one for her pup instead.
