Every little girl dreams of having a pony. But after watching one heart-melting video, it seems pretty clear that every pony needs a little girl too.
A sweet clip shared by @teddytheshetland is melting hearts online because it shows the beautiful bond between a toddler and two adorable Shetland ponies who have been part of her life since the very beginning.
The video starts with the little girl as a newborn, just home from the hospital. Her mom holds her in her arms as the two ponies cautiously approach, sniffing curiously and trying to figure out who this tiny new family member is.

From there, the video follows the little girl as she grows up alongside her furry best friends.
Every milestone seems to include the ponies. First, they are there as she learns to sit. Then they are nearby as she crawls. Eventually, she is walking with them, growing more confident with each step as her tiny companions stay close.
