A Golden Retriever made some unexpected new friends after meeting a group of cows for the very first time — and the animals seemed instantly fascinated with each other.

The curious cows appear completely captivated by their energetic new friend as he happily zooms around in front of them.
At one point, the cows even stop to enjoy some pets while the Golden Retriever stands nearby, clearly thrilled to be hanging out with his new pals.
According to the caption, the adorable first meeting was enough to make their friendship official, with the animals now being declared “confirmed besties.”
