A woman who regularly watches deer wander through the woods around her home got an extra-special fall surprise when she discovered a tiny fawn tucked inside one of her pumpkin decorations.
Danielle Quintero frequently shares videos of the white-tailed deer that visit her property, but this little visitor may be one of the cutest yet.
After decorating outside for fall, Danielle put out a large metal pumpkin made from an open, hollow frame.
Apparently, one mama deer took a look at the seasonal display and decided it made the perfect hiding place for her baby.
Video from Danielle’s property shows the tiny spotted fawn curled up comfortably right inside the pumpkin frame.
Whether the decoration is unusually large or the baby deer is exceptionally tiny, the result looks like something straight out of a fall greeting card.
Danielle appears to have spotted the little visitor before heading outside for a closer look, where the fawn remained quietly tucked inside its unusual hiding place.
And while finding a baby deer alone might look worrying at first, wildlife experts say this is actually normal behavior.

Viewers quickly fell in love with the tiny visitor.
One commenter couldn’t get over the fawn’s little nose, while another joked that the baby deserved an even cozier hiding place on the couch watching cartoons.
But one viewer had perhaps the most important question of all — what should the baby be called?
“If her name’s not pumpkin, Imma throw a big person fit,” the commenter joked.
Fortunately, “Pumpkin” seems to have stuck.
Danielle later shared another look at the young deer, who had already grown noticeably bigger.
The sweet update made the original hiding spot even more special. For a brief moment, Danielle’s ordinary fall decoration became the cutest little nursery in the neighborhood.
