Some pets simply curl up and fall asleep.
Misty the bunny, however, apparently believes bedtime requires a little preparation first.
In an adorable TikTok shared by @m1stysadventures, Misty can be seen carefully arranging the perfect sleeping spot before finally settling in for the night.
There is bedding to move, blankets to adjust, and plenty of determined little paw work before everything appears to meet her standards.
Watching her is a lot like seeing someone fluff their pillows, straighten the comforter, and make sure everything is exactly right before climbing into bed.
And Misty clearly takes the job seriously.
Once her sleeping area is finally arranged to her liking, the tiny bunny begins to relax.
That is when viewers noticed something even cuter.
Misty slowly seems to melt into her bed as she drifts off to sleep, transforming from a busy little rabbit into what looks like a fluffy puddle.

Another asked, “Why’d he melt like kinetic sand?”
It is hard to come up with a better description.
One second Misty is sitting upright and carefully fixing her bed. The next, she is completely relaxed and slowly sinking down into the soft bedding.
Other rabbit owners quickly joined the comments to share stories about their own very particular pets.
“Why are they so picky. I got mines plenty of stuff to lay on but he keeps choosing an old shoebox,” one person wrote.
Another joked that they wished their rabbit preferred arranging blankets, explaining that theirs was more interested in digging at the carpet and chewing cables.
While Misty’s routine looks hilariously human, rabbits naturally spend plenty of time digging, pawing, and rearranging materials around them.
For Misty, that instinct apparently includes making sure her bed is absolutely perfect before she can get some sleep.
And after all that hard work, she certainly looks like she earned the nap.
