Mowing the lawn is usually a one-person job, but one Golden Retriever has decided his dad could use a little extra help. And by help, he apparently means following Dad around the yard and supervising his every move!
In an adorable TikTok video shared by @macykruger15, the fluffy pup takes his unofficial landscaping duties very seriously. As Dad pushes the lawn mower across the grass, his loyal four-legged assistant follows right behind him, determined not to miss a single moment of the action.
The funniest part is how dedicated the Golden Retriever is to his new job. Whenever Dad changes direction, the dog changes direction too, staying close as they make their way around the yard together. He may not be doing any actual mowing, but he’s certainly putting in the hours!
It’s almost as though the sweet pup believes they’re enjoying a very unusual afternoon walk, and he’s perfectly happy to tag along for every lap.
