Most dogs will do just about anything to stay up a little longer, but one adorable Blue Staffy named Holly takes her bedtime very seriously. In fact, when the clock strikes 8 p.m., she heads straight to bed without anyone having to tell her!

The sweet pup has captured hearts online after her family shared a hilarious video of her nightly routine on their YouTube channel, @HollyTheBlueStaffy.

The video begins with Holly relaxing in the living room while her owner explains that she has a habit of putting herself to bed at exactly 8 p.m.

Sure enough, as soon as the clock reaches 8, Holly gets up and quietly walks out of the room, apparently deciding she’s had enough excitement for one day.

Her family follows her as she makes her way toward her cozy sleeping spot, moving with the determination of someone who has just finished a long day at work.

There’s no whining, no begging for another treat and absolutely no interest in staying up late. This girl knows when it’s time to call it a night!

Viewers couldn’t stop laughing at Holly’s sleepy little walk.

One person joked that she looked like someone who had worked a 12-hour shift, taken care of five children, cooked dinner and still had to wake up early the next morning.

But just when the video seems like it couldn’t get any cuter, Holly reveals one final bedtime requirement.

After settling into her bed, she waits for her favorite stuffed cow, affectionately called Moo Cow.

When her owner brings the toy over, Holly gently lifts one front paw to make room for her beloved stuffed animal.

It’s such a tiny, thoughtful movement that it instantly steals the show.

Fans were especially delighted by the sweet gesture, with one viewer writing that the way Holly lifted her little arm for Moo Cow was enough to melt their heart.

And while Holly’s routine might seem unusually precise, dogs really can become remarkably good at recognizing when it’s time for familiar daily activities.

Dogs have internal biological clocks that help regulate sleep and activity. They also learn to associate certain household routines, changes in lighting and family behavior with events such as dinner, walks and bedtime.

Over time, some dogs become so accustomed to a schedule that they begin anticipating what’s coming next without needing a reminder.

As for Holly’s attachment to her stuffed cow, that’s another behavior many dog owners will recognize. Some pups develop a special fondness for particular toys, carrying them around the house or keeping them close while resting.

For Holly, getting a good night’s sleep apparently requires two things: being in bed on time and having Moo Cow tucked safely beside her.

And judging by how comfortable she looks, this sweet Staffy might just have the perfect bedtime routine figured out!
