Bringing home a rescue dog is always exciting, but introducing them to their new furry sibling can be a little nerve-racking. Fortunately, one adorable Husky mix named Maple knew exactly how to win over her new big brother!
In a heartwarming video shared on October 19, Maple meets Grizzly, an enormous chocolate-brown Newfoundland, for the very first time. And the sweet interaction is enough to melt anyone’s heart.
With Maple’s playful personality and Grizzly’s impressive size, their family wasn’t quite sure how the introduction would go.
But they didn’t have to wonder for long!
The moment Maple spots her new brother, she eagerly approaches him, clearly interested in making a new friend. Instead of being intimidated by the gentle giant towering over her, she immediately tries to get him to play.
And Grizzly’s reaction couldn’t be sweeter.
Within seconds, his tail starts wagging, and the two dogs begin getting comfortable with each other. What could have been an awkward first meeting quickly turns into the beginning of an adorable friendship.
It’s almost as though Maple has been waiting her whole life to meet him!
