A mama deer has apparently decided one family’s front porch is the safest spot in the neighborhood for her baby, and TikTok viewers are completely melting over the adorable arrangement.
TikToker @Syderin shared that her parents have earned the trust of a local doe, who now regularly leaves her tiny fawn on their porch while she heads off to forage. It has become such a sweet routine that the family jokingly earned the title of neighborhood deer babysitters.
Each morning, the mama deer quietly drops off her baby on the porch before disappearing for the day. The little fawn spends its time napping, stretching and waiting patiently until its mother returns at dusk.
But in the latest video, the routine got even cuter.
Instead of the mama deer leading the baby to the house, the fawn walked to the family’s porch all by itself, as if it already knew exactly where it belonged. The tiny deer confidently made its way to its “daycare” spot, proving it had become very familiar with the family’s home.
Syderin summed up the scene perfectly in the caption: “Just your neighborhood doe babysitters…”

Viewers were instantly charmed by the sweet wildlife moment, with many admitting they were jealous that this family had somehow become trusted by a mama deer.
