Naming one kitten is fun enough, but naming three tiny balls of fluff? That’s an opportunity to get creative, and one Maine Coon owner has come up with a theme that’s almost as adorable as the kittens themselves.
In a heart-melting TikTok shared by @wildmane_mainecoons, a beautiful, golden-eyed Maine Coon named Stormy proudly introduces her three precious baby boys to the world. And thanks to a little help from social media, the tiny trio now has names inspired by everyone’s favorite cartoon chipmunks: Alvin, Simon, and Theodore!
The kittens are just three weeks old, but each already has his own distinctive look.

First up is Alvin, a gorgeous blue-smoke kitten with a fluffy gray coat, tiny pink paw pads, and the sweetest little meow imaginable. As his owner gently holds him up for the camera, the miniature furball lets out an adorable squeak that’s enough to melt anyone’s heart.
Next comes Simon, a lighter-colored kitten with darker legs and a tail that makes him stand out from his brothers. His beautiful black high-smoke coloring gives him an almost silvery appearance.
And finally, there’s Theodore, an irresistibly fluffy black-smoke kitten with darker markings on his paws and face. With his bright little eyes and cuddly appearance, he might just be the ultimate heart-stealer of the bunch.
The names were chosen after their owner asked Instagram followers to vote on a theme for Stormy’s litter. Apparently, the internet agreed that three adorable brothers deserved names from the famous chipmunk trio.
Maine Coons are already known for their impressive size, luxurious coats, and friendly personalities, but seeing them as tiny kittens is a whole different level of cuteness. Their beautiful smoke coloring adds even more charm, with lighter-colored fur near the roots creating a striking contrast against their darker outer coats.
For now, Alvin, Simon, and Theodore are still tiny enough to fit comfortably in their owner’s hands. But considering Maine Coons are among the largest domestic cat breeds, these little guys won’t stay miniature for long.
One thing is certain: Stormy has three unbelievably adorable sons, and we can’t wait to see what kind of mischief this fluffy little trio gets into as they grow.
