We don’t live in an area where kangaroos live, and thankfully we don’t, because this video would have unlocked a new fear that our anxiety simply cannot handle.
To be honest, we think it still has, and now we’ll just live with an irrational fear that a kangaroo could launch a surprise attack on us at any moment.
Dash camera footage shows someone driving their car down the road in the pitch black dead of night when something comes flying out of the darkness. What else could it be other than a raving mad kangaroo looking for blood? Or, at the very least, looking to kick something with its powerful legs?
In case you didn’t know, roos are able to use their tails for all sorts of different helpful things. Kangaroos use it for balance, walking, and can even utilize their tail to help them propel upwards if they need to jump.
Now, we don’t know if this roo needed to jump, though it did choose to when it spotted the headlights of a vehicle coming down the road. As the person was minding their own business and making their way down the gravel pathway, they came through a narrow part where a gate can be closed, and on the other side of the open gate was an angry kangaroo.
When the roo looked into the headlights, it’s as if it unlocked some sort of buried confrontational instinct, and the wild animal decided to wage war against the car.
