There’s nothing harder for a pet parent or family to have to say goodbye forever to their pet. If you’re lucky, your fur baby got to live a long and happy life, but we always have to say goodbye long before we are ready to do so, even if it’s been more than 20 years we’ve had with them.
Delilah’s Mama shared a video that she created to help remember the end for her 21-year-old cat Dago who they found out had a terminal condition. Over the past few months, they’ve been showering him with even more love and making him comfortable, knowing that the inevitable final days were coming.

Gah! we needed a tissue to watch this one! We lost it at the end when Delilah’s Mom said, “I know you’re watching over us”. This was way too much for us to handle first thing in the morning!
