Michal Ruth is a proud dog mom to two black pups, Jett and Jenna — but thanks to a newly installed doggy door, she’s apparently become the unofficial adopted mom of her neighbor’s dog, Billie, too.
Michal recently added the doggy door to give her own dogs a little more freedom. While Jett and Jenna are still figuring out how the whole thing works, Billie wasted absolutely no time at all.
Picture this: it’s 7 a.m., you’re still half-asleep, and a dog suddenly jumps into your bed — except it’s not your dog. That’s exactly how Michal started her morning when Billie broke through the fence, discovered the doggy door, and casually let herself into the house like she owned the place.
Once inside, Billie made herself completely at home, clearly thrilled to join her buddies. Michal summed it up perfectly in her caption: “We installed a doggy door. Billie installed herself.”
The best part? Jett and Jenna didn’t seem bothered in the slightest. If anything, they looked happy to have their surprise guest around.
