Labrador Retrievers are supposed to be experts at carrying things and bringing them back.
Ramsey the black Lab may have missed that part of the training manual.
In a hilarious video shared by his human, Rhiannon, Ramsey is given a very important job: pick up an Amazon package and bring it back to Mom.
Simple enough, right?
Not for Ramsey.
The excited pup grabs the package and races back with total confidence, only to stumble, trip and wipe out more than once along the way. What makes it even funnier is that Ramsey never seems to doubt himself for a second.
He is not graceful. He is not smooth. But he is absolutely convinced he is nailing the assignment.
The best part? This apparently was not a one-time accident.
Rhiannon joked in the caption, “Ramsey took the day off yesterday and attended a safety meeting for slips, trips, and falls due to his Monday incident. He apparently didn’t learn anything.”
Honestly, at least he tried.

Viewers could not get enough of the clumsy delivery dog, and the comments section quickly filled with people cheering on his chaotic effort.
“Ramsey’s estimated delivery time: eventually,” one commenter joked.
Another viewer summed up his coordination perfectly: “He’s got four paws and zero control over any of them LOL!”
Someone else could barely handle the repeat wipeouts, writing, “I’m crying, what is his problem LOL!”
Another person pointed out that the second fall was even funnier because it looked like he “copied and pasted it” and fell the exact same way twice.
One commenter may have described Ramsey best: “He did his best and worst at the same time. That’s called multitasking.”
That is exactly it.
Retrievers are known for carrying things because they were originally bred to bring items back to their humans. Many Labs naturally love holding toys, shoes, sticks, packages and just about anything else they can fit in their mouths.
Ramsey clearly has the heart of a retriever. The coordination just needs a little work.
Still, his enthusiasm is impossible not to love. He may not be the most reliable delivery courier in the world, but he is definitely one of the funniest.
And based on how proud he looks, Ramsey will be back on package duty in no time.
