Two adorable Nigerian Dwarf goats apparently decided that closing time at the Alaska State Fair was the perfect opportunity to throw their own private party.
The black-and-white baby goats belong to the family behind @the.sarcastic.alaskans, who shared hilarious footage of what happened when the little animals were allowed out of their pen while the fairgrounds were empty.
The Alaska State Fair closes two days each week, giving the animals a break from the crowds while workers clean and prepare the grounds.
But these two goats clearly had no interest in resting.
Instead, once they were given some freedom, the energetic kids immediately took advantage of the wide-open indoor arena.
The clip begins with the words, “What happens after hours when you let the kids wander…”
At first, the goats cautiously explore the area, taking a few slow steps as they look around.
That calm moment does not last long.
Seconds later, the pair explodes into full zoomie mode, racing across the arena, bouncing into the air and leaping around like they have been waiting all day for the chance to cut loose.
A remix of “Gas Pedal” plays in the background, making the goats’ increasingly wild behavior even funnier as they appear to speed up along with the music.

With no crowds in sight, the empty fairgrounds became the perfect playground for the energetic pair.
The only spectators were the other animals watching from their nearby pens.
It looked less like a quiet day off and more like an exclusive after-hours party for two.
The hilarious behavior is also completely normal for young goats.
Baby goats are naturally playful and often spend their time running, jumping, climbing and bouncing around.
Having access to a large open space can quickly trigger a burst of energy, commonly known as the zoomies.
That playtime is about more than having fun. Running, jumping and interacting with other young goats can help them develop coordination, physical abilities and normal social behaviors.
So while these two youngsters may look like they are simply throwing a wild party after closing time, they are also doing exactly what healthy, energetic baby goats love to do.
And judging by their enthusiastic laps around the arena, they were more than happy to have the fairgrounds all to themselves.
