Some of the sweetest friendships are also the most unexpected, and one French Bulldog has found the perfect best friend in an adorable white duck.
TikTok user @kelfred25 shared a heartwarming video of the unlikely pair casually strolling across the yard together as though it were part of their everyday routine.
The clip begins with the white French Bulldog waddling toward the camera while Harry Nilsson’s “Best Friend” plays in the background. The song could not be more fitting for the precious scene.

Moments later, the pup’s feathered companion enters the frame, happily quacking as it hurries to catch up. The duck first walks in front of the Frenchie before moving alongside the dog, and the two continue across the yard in perfect tandem.
Eventually, the duck takes the lead, but the inseparable friends remain side by side until the end of the video.
Viewers were especially amused by the fact that the French Bulldog and duck appeared to have nearly identical walks.
“Haha not them having the same waddle,” one viewer joked.
“They have the same walk,” another agreed.
The charming pair may be an unusual match, but their synchronized stroll makes it clear that these two were meant to be best friends.
