One very talkative cat in Scotland made it perfectly clear that ignoring him was not an option.
In a video shared on TikTok, a woman was sitting down to eat when a loud and determined cat suddenly approached her and began demanding attention.
The feline let out a long, dramatic meow that sounded less like a greeting and more like a complaint.
“I don’t have any food, but I’m sure I can find you some,” the woman told the cat.
That response did little to calm him down.
The cat continued vocalizing until the woman turned the camera toward him, revealing an adorable black-and-white tuxedo cat staring up at her and loudly pleading his case.
It was obvious that he wanted food, attention or possibly both.

Viewers immediately fell in love with the demanding little visitor and joked that they could tell he was a tuxedo cat before even seeing him.
“So Scottish kitties come with bagpipes pre-installed?” one person wrote, referring to the cat’s loud and drawn-out meows.
Others were impressed by “the lungs on him,” while several viewers joked that the cat even seemed to have a Scottish accent.
The woman may have been a stranger, but the confident feline clearly had no problem telling her exactly what he wanted.
