A tiny newborn goat is stealing hearts online after being rejected by her mother and getting a second chance thanks to a family that refused to give up on her.
Canadian homesteader @juleshomestead shared the emotional rescue after one of the family’s goats gave birth to quadruplets.
While three of the babies appeared to be doing well, the smallest of the four was struggling. The tiny goat could barely stand and was unable to nurse from her mother.
That’s when Jules and her family stepped in.
They quickly brought the newborn inside to warm her up and began bottle-feeding her in an effort to give her the strength she desperately needed.
The little goat, named Maggie, immediately captured the family’s hearts.
Hand-raising a baby goat can be difficult and time-consuming, but Jules and her family committed themselves to caring for Maggie around the clock.
Their efforts quickly began to pay off.
As Maggie grew stronger, Jules shared adorable updates showing the tiny goat recovering and settling into life with her human family.
Even the family dogs appeared to get involved, making Maggie’s rescue a true team effort.

Viewers quickly fell in love with the tiny goat’s small size, sweet noises and surprisingly big personality.
“You might want to check your house for my heart,” one viewer joked. “Because she has stolen it.”
Another commenter had an even bigger request.
“Please tell me she’s a house goat now,” the viewer wrote.
And judging by an update Jules shared about a week later, Maggie may be getting very comfortable with life indoors.
The situation is bittersweet because Maggie was rejected by her mother, but her human family made sure she was never left without care.
They helped her through the most vulnerable days of her life, feeding her, warming her and giving her the chance to grow stronger.
Now, the once-struggling newborn appears to be thriving — and fans are already hoping she becomes a permanent member of the household.
One commenter even pointed out that bottle-fed goats can sometimes be potty trained, giving Maggie’s fans even more reason to campaign for her new life as a house goat.
